About Our Return Policy

1) All products sold by BestForAuto.com are backed by our 30 days money back guarantee.

2) All returned products must be in original –unused, ready-to-sell condition.  Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge. Original shipping fee is not refundable. Our shipping cost to you will be deducted from the total purchase price (Including free shipping product- Shipping is not free because we've paid for it).

3) All return requests must initiate within 25 days of the date you receive the package. You Must Submit A Return Request From Our Website!

4) Any request & unauthorized returns made after 30 day period will be denied.

5) Refunds will be issued immediately when the products are returned and inspected. 

6) Any package returned after 30th day will be denied or subjected to 50% restocking fee. So Please! Ship it back as soon as you can. Do Not Wait!

7) Any Unauthorized returns will be refused or subjected to a 50% restocking fee.  Please don't forget to submit a return request from our website before ship the merchandise  back to us!

 

Definition of Unauthorized return = Return a product without first obtaining a RA#.

 

 

Return Form

You can submit the return or exchange request by filling out our return form, our RMA department will provide you with a RMA# for your return within 1-2 business day. RMA# must be labeled on the return package to help us to identify your package and speed up the refund & exchange process.

Refusal Freight & Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages sent to the 48 continental states will be subject to a $12 Return to Sender fee.

Damage/lost claims:

If you have received a damaged product, please contact our sales department to file for a damage claim. The claims must be filed within 24 hours from the time of delivery. We will provide return shipping label and ship out replacement units immediately. It is our policy to charge you for the replacement unit first, and then refund you immediately when the damage product arrives back to our facility

Payment:

All payment must be prepaid. We accept all major credit cards (visa, master, discover & Amex) and money order as our 2 forms of payment.  We will only ship to the billing address on your credit card statement. Please do not ask us why not...this is the only method to fight against fraudulent orders to protect both customers and us.

Out of Stock:

It is important to keep in mind when ordering that our inventory on hand fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from our suppliers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. There may be cases when an item on the menu is not available for order due to very recent changes in availability.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and call your phone number if we do not receive a prompt reply. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Shipping Time:

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days by USPS or Fedex. Shipping transit time is about 2-9 business days.

Order Cancellation:

Please submit any cancellation request via email sales@bestforauto.com or through our online contact form located in our contact us page.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, email address and your order #. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Cancellation request must be filed min. 6 hours before the order is shipped to receive full refund. If orders have already been shipped out from our dropship center, customer is responsible to ship back the product and original shipping cost (to you) will be deducted from the total purchased price.
